About the project
Homes follow the natural terrain beside a stream and hills. Different collections include private gardens, balconies, terraces and pools. The development comprises around 150 homes; the exact configuration of each phase is confirmed during selection.
Owners may use their home themselves, arrange rentals independently or place it with an operator under a separate agreement. These options have different fit-out requirements, owner costs and conditions of use.

This is an example calculation, not a current offer. The operator programme separately provides for a VND 1.260 billion rent credit for the first three years and a VND 12.850 billion payment amount. The credit is not a second cash payment; eligibility is confirmed by the contract.
Plans
Site layout and floor plans
The master plan and collection specifications are shown below. We request detailed floor plans for the individual home being considered.
Handover options include a completed exterior and garden, basic finishes and full furnishing. Homes placed with an operator must meet its standards. The specifications and their cost are set out in an appendix to the contract.
The September 2026 programme includes standard payments and early-payment options of 50%, 70% or 95%. Discounts depend on the house type and programme terms. A current quotation is prepared for each property.
Different indicative handover dates have been stated for the development: Q4 2027 and dates in 2028. The exact deadline is set out in the contract for the selected home.
The August 2026 report states that structural work on Willow Villa is complete, while other house ranges are at different stages. A photograph of the clubhouse complex from that report is shown below. We check current progress before a viewing.
The development has an investment approval, a 1:500 plan and property documentation. Eligibility and purchase conditions for each buyer, including a foreign buyer, are checked against the documents for the selected home.
