I'm Dmitrii Zubkovskii. Phu Quoc is my home.
I have lived and done business on Phu Quoc since 2009. Over the years, the island has become my home. I know its neighbourhoods, everyday life and the practical questions that come with moving here or starting a business.
I founded Ocean Residence to share that experience. We help you find property to buy or rent, choose a location for your business and work through the practical and legal arrangements.

About the island
Living, holidaying and doing business on Phu Quoc
Phu Quoc lies in the Gulf of Thailand, off Vietnam's southwest coast. Seaside resorts, busy town centres, small villages and tropical landscapes share the island.
The island has an international airport, beaches, forest areas, cafés, restaurants and everyday services. Life in central Duong Dong, along the west coast and in the greener inland neighbourhoods can feel very different.
For a holiday home, views and beach access may come first. If you are moving here, access to shops, schools and healthcare, quiet surroundings, neighbours and running costs also matter. For a business, we consider customers, access, seasonality and the operating conditions of each property.
